Naomi was working in accounting at Walgreens, to support the couple, and they lived comfortably. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Doyle joined the Army, where he was stationed at Frankfurt AM and lived off base with his wife in Bad Vilbel. There they met more and more great friends. Because Frankfurt is centrally located in Europe it was easy for them to take their grey goose, a Citroen car, on many trips all over Europe.
